Please only use this service if you are:

a) Sending files AND have included a full purchase order with all your contact details, order instructions, deadline and delivery requirements.

b) Sending files that relate to an existing order already in progress - in which case please clearly state your Cypher job number (as shown on your order acknowledgement from us) in the message box, along with your full contact details.

This is simply because we seem to get lots of random files with no details and have no way of knowing who they belong to or what is required!

Upload Files

1) Order from the relevant page on our website using our ecommerce system, which will give you a file upload option during checkout.
You will get automatic responses and progress reports during production.

2) Use our Quick order form which will ask for your contact details, order requirements etc and then give you a file upload option
This is ideal if you do not know the price or full details of your requirements - we will send an order confirmation back by email with all the correct details on.

3) Enclose a full purchase order with all your contact details, instructions, deadline and delivery requirements with your files. Zip it together in one package and use our File Upload Service as above.
We will send an order confirmation back by email for you.

4) Enclose a written purchase order with all your contact details, order instructions, deadline and delivery requirements with your files on a CD, DVD or USB drive and post to:
