Websites | Price Guide

All of our websites are tailored to your individual requirements - so it can be tricky to offer set prices on web design. However, as "how much will it cost?" is everyone's first question, we have provided the following information to try and give a guide to what you might expect for your budget.

If you are interested in having a website built or an existing site updated, we would be very happy to give you a personalised quote. ADDITIONAL COSTS AND OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Domain Name Registration

Domain Name Registration services with free linking* to our web hosting packages. With only a finite number of addresses available many of the popular names have long gone. We recommend you register as many variations of your company name or product name as you can, as once they are gone they are unlikely to come back onto the market again.

.CO.UK domain name £11.50+VAT for two years
.COM domain name £29.50+VAT for two years

To register a domain simply email us with your choices, state if they are to be primary* or secondary domains, plus send your name and company details and we will contact you with costs and availability. New domain names will then be active within a couple of days.

*If you have a website domain name (we call this your primary domain) registered through us and we host your website, we will link any other names (secondary domains) you register free of charge. Should anyone visit one of your secondary domains it will instantly redirect them to your primary domain and website. You can have as many of these as you wish, and any one could increase the chances of more visitors to your website.

Web Hosting
Home/Startup Web hosting at £45.00+VAT per year.

Includes: 500Mb web space, 1 x email forward, CGI-BIN.

Commercial/Business Web hosting £99.00+VAT per year.

Includes: unlimited web space, unlimited email forwards, CGI-BIN, full stats/access logs available online
Choice of platforms depending on your requirements:
Windows - Windows IIS6 with PHP, Perl, compiled CGI, ISAPI, .NET facilities and SHTML scripting, or
Linux - Red Hat Enterprise Server and Apache web server, including support for PHP and Perl scripting, plus SSH secure shell access. Recommended for PHP scripted websites, MySQL database included.

Search Engine Optimisation

This service is individually tailored to your exact requirements - costs vary depending on your business/market sector and the competitiveness of your desired keyword(s) - Please contact us for a FREE OF CHARGE initial consultation, report and quote. We do not make any silly claims about guaranteeing you will get on the first page of Google, we can however give you many real examples where we have achieved first page results!

Cypher Advanced Mailbox
Cost - £20.00pa +VAT per mailbox/email address.

Includes; Cypher Webmail; send and receive email from any PC or Mac with an internet connection, you still use your normal email software and receive ALL emails when you return to your own PC. Includes Email Virus Scanning and Spam Filtering – can be deleted before it comes to your PC or ’ ----SPAM-----’ wording can be added so you can filter or divert it in your email software – allowing you to check it first. (NB. you retain your 'dial-up' modem or broadband account)

Cypher Mail (eNewsletters):

Custom designed graphic email newsletters and mailers.
Bespoke mailer template design (this is a one off fee per design) typically around £90.00+VAT

Mailer setup/data import (per mailshot) £30.00+VAT with discounts for regular repeats
Emails – first 1000 only £25.00+VAT then £10.00+VAT per thousand

If you choose to setup and send your own enewsletters with our system then simply purchase more send credits as you need them from us.
